1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing powerful.software or using the partner panel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What powerful.software provides
powerful.software is a domain reseller platform. We hold accredited reseller access with multiple domain registrars and compare pricing across them so that domain registrations can be routed to whichever connected registrar offers the best value at the time of order.
powerful.software is not a domain registrar itself. Domains registered through the platform are ultimately registered with one of our underlying registrar partners, in line with that registrar's own registration agreement.
3. Partner accounts
Partner accounts give access to the panel for searching, comparing, registering, and managing domains on behalf of your own customers.
- New partner registrations may be paused or limited from time to time, including during the period this notice is published.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.
4. Pricing and registrar routing
Wholesale prices shown on powerful.software are indicative and reflect pricing gathered from connected registrars at a point in time. Actual per-order cost is determined by whichever registrar is selected as the best-value option at the moment a domain is registered, transferred, or renewed.
Registrar-side prices can change without notice. We are not responsible for price differences between the time a domain was searched and the time an order is completed.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to register any domain you submit through the platform, and must not use it for unlawful purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details submitted for your customers.
- You must comply with the acceptable use and registration policies of the underlying registrar handling any given order.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the partner panel available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features including new registrations, sign-in, or specific registrar connections may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, as reflected in notices on the site at the relevant time.
7. Limitation of liability
powerful.software is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses caused by registrar-side pricing changes, registrar outages, or delays in domain registration.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of powerful.software after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
